Hierarchical Organization

1.-General Associate Assembly: Formed by all the associates, it figures as the maximum Cooperative authority and delegates the administration of the company to the Administration Council.

2.-Administration Council: Administration Council: In charge of defining the lineaments and policies that the company must follow. Elected by the Associate Assembly.

3.-Vigilance Committee: Elected by the Associate Assembly, it oversees the operations realized by the Cooperative.

4.-Education Committee: In charge of promoting cooperative education. Elected by the Assembly.

5.-Manager: Designated by the Administration Council, has the legal responsibility of the Cooperative and has the responsibility of responding to the General Associates Assembly and the Administration Council of the execution of agreements, and also responsible for the general welfare of the company..
